John R. Signorello has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO since March 2000. From 1991 until September 1997, Mr. Signorello served as the Chief Executive Officer of STMS -"Solutions That Make Sense" - a private technology company he founded that specialized in computer networks, systems integration and information technology.

In 1996, STMS was ranked the 17th fastest growing technology company in America by The National Technology Council The Fast Five Hundred. In September 1997, the company was acquired by Steelcloud(Nasdaq:SCLD), and Mr. Signorello remained as Vice President of Sales and Marketing until November 1998.

From 1998 through 2000, Mr. Signorello served as a Director for a Publicly traded Internet Venture Fund. Mr. Signorello is an accomplished musician, and serves as a principal in New York City Lights Entertainment. Mr. Signorello received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Radford University in 1989.

Harold F. Compton, President and Chief Executive Officer, CompUSA Inc., has been a retailer for more than 30 years. He joined CompUSA in 1994 as Executive Vice President – Operations, becoming COO in January 1995 and President/CompUSA Stores in July 1996. In March 2000, he became President and Chief Executive Officer, CompUSA Inc.

Prior to joining the Company, he served as President and COO of Central Electric Inc., (1993 – 1994). Previously, he served as Executive Vice President – Operations and Human Resources, and Director of Stores for HomeBase (1989 – 1993), Senior Vice President – Operations, and Director of Stores for Roses Discount Department Stores (1986 – 1989), and held various management positions including Store Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice President and Zone Vice President for Zayre Corporation for 21 years (1965 – 1986).

Mr. Compton presently serves on the Board of Directors of Linens ‘N Things, Inc.

Mr. Compton lives in Dallas, is married and has two sons. He attended the University of South Florida.

Raymond Pirtle

Raymond Pirtle Jr. began an investment career in 1966 at J.C. Bradford & Company in Nashville. There he served as a registered institutional salesman, before rising to the ranks as general partner. His focus was on portfolio managers and analysts in the United Kingdom, Europe Chicago and the Mid-Atlantic.

From 1989 until 2001, Pirtle was a director of Equitable Securities (SunTrust Equitable) and co-manager of institutional sales, growing the firm’s revenues ten-fold during this twelve-year tenure. In 2001, along with five partners, he founded Avondale Partners - a firm dedicated to institutional research, sales, trading and investment banking, with private and public small cap corporations.

Since 1985 Pirtle has been serving on the board of both public and private companies. He currently serves on the board of Premier Global Services (PGI), a NYSE company, and eNucleus, Inc., a provider of supply chain software applications.

Joe is currently President & CEO of Kreher Steel Company, a large, privately-held, specialty steel distribution company. He has positioned Kreher Steel as an industry leader in specialty steel distribution, serving such varied markets as automotive, rail, construction, oil & gas, aerospace & defense. Mr. Druzak has been at Kreher Steel for over 20 years. Prior to Kreher Steel, Joe was employed at Jones & Laughlin Steel and Bayou Steel.

Jack Bush joined the Board in August 2005. He is also currently a director of IdeaForest.Com (JoAnn.Com), Framed Picture Enterprise, a partner and co-chairman of Country Sampler Stores (Artisans 'N More) and president of Raintree Partners, Inc.

From 1991 to 1999, he was with Michaels Stores, serving as president and director, a founder and chairman of Artistree Art, Frame and Design Company, Aaron Brothers Holding Company and Michaels of Canada. During this time Michaels grew to the worlds largest arts and crafts retailer.

During his career Mr. Bush has also been president of Roses Stores and Jumbo Sports Stores, executive vice-president of Ames Stores, vice-president of Zayre Corp and served on a number of public and private board of directors. He received a BS from the University of Missouri and currently serves on several boards and committees of the University. He is also a member of the Board of Regents of Texas Lutheran University.

General Soyster

General Soyster was the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency from 1988-91 during the invasion of Panama and Operation DESERT SHIELD/STORM when he served as the senior military intelligence officer for the National Command Authority.  He had previously commanded the US Army Intelligence and Security Command from 1984 – 88 and served as the Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Department of the Army 1982-84.

Commissioned in the field artillery in 1957 from the US Military Academy he commanded at all levels with staff assignments on the Army Staff and Joint Chiefs of Staff.  He served in Vietnam as an operations officer in a field artillery battalion. He is a graduate of the National War College and holds MS degrees from Penn State University and the University of Southern California.  After retirement in 1991 he was the VP for International Operations for MPRI until 2000 returning to government as Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Army for WWII 60th Anniversary Commemorations around the world.  He currently serves on the boards of several companies and participates in various studies.
